Key Responsibilities:

Works closely with the Project Coordinator and the AP Manager.

• Communicates the project’s goals with the internal WV teams, external partners and stakeholders for the effective project implementation.
• Works closely with the Project Coordinator and the AP Manager in the planning and implementation of the project in his/her areas of assignment.
• Responsibly implements the agreed project activities/targets in areas assigned in coordination with the designated POs/team.
• Ensure consultative and inclusive planning and feedbacking together with the AP teams, schools and partners at the project level.
• Facilitate training of information technology related and roll out of the training to targeted beneficiary together with school.
• Monitor and collect data of project implementation regularly and report the progress and challenges and lessons learned to the Project Coordinator and AP Manager.
• Prepare input distribution plan, facilitate the distribution, collect and document input distribution list and report to Program Manager.
• Ensure that proper distribution plans are prepared and approved by the concerned Supervisor sufficiently in advance to enhance efficient field operations.
• Monitors progress of target completion and provides regular updates/reports on agreed schedules with Project Coordinator and Program Manager. Regular and ad hoc reporting is done timely as requested by supervisors and donor.
• Ensure that Field Visit Reports, beneficiaries monitoring report are prepared and uploaded in WeConnect on a regular basis.

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Education, and Business Management degree holders are preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles in Education, IT-related jobs, or Social Work.
• Previous experience in working with the most vulnerable people in urban contexts.
• Experience in working closely with Education sector.
• Required Education, training, license, registration and certification.
• Competency in using computer applications (such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent communications, networking, alliance building and facilitation skills;
• Keen to details with strong technical writing skills.
• Skills in data analysis, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Culturally sensitive, calm and mature in dealing with people and social concerns.
• Familiar with the NCR culture.
• Able to travel in highly urbanized areas.
