Job Summary:

Based in Taguig, the Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, merchandising, HR, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall store operations for multiple brands and locations nationwide, ensuring consistency in service, compliance, and performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales, store productivity, and key operational metrics; drive initiatives for improvement.
• Oversee store staffing, scheduling, and performance management in collaboration with HR.
• Work closely with Area Managers and Store Supervisors to ensure smooth execution of retail strategies, promotions, and in-store campaigns.
• Ensure all stores adhere to brand guidelines, merchandising standards, inventory controls, and operational policies.
• Collaborate with the Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory teams to manage stock levels, deliveries, and loss prevention.
• Lead process improvement projects focused on cost-efficiency, service quality, and operational scalability.
• Manage and track operational budgets and expenses across retail locations.
• Support new store openings, renovations, and expansions from an operations perspective.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and compliance checks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a multi-store and multi-brand setup.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing large and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, customer service, and inventory management.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with POS and ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various retail locations nationwide.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
