We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by managing schedules, documents, and communications.
- Ensure availability of sales-related equipment and materials.
- Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain and organize financial and non-financial records.
- Process orders accurately and on time.
- Notify clients of any delays or issues.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Proven sales experience; sales coordination or administrative background is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
- Willing to stay-in.
