Branch manager

Job Description

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to achieve production targets and quality objectives.
• Supervise and develop staff through effective hiring, training, performance management, and morale-building initiatives.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and analyze production and quality reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and provide necessary training to production operators.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for process or product non-conformities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001), and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure workplace safety practices are followed.
• Collaborate with other departments to support company goals and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership skills with a results-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in Chinese, English, and Tagalog.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
