POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION- Monitor, assess, and report on individual and team performance metrics for Mandarin-speaking staff.
- Develop performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming team members.
- Use analytical tools to interpret performance data and recommend improvements.
- Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking clients/customers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and client-specific KPIs.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATION- Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
