Executive Pastry Chef
  • Responsible for leading the pastry and bakery programs, ensuring the highest quality in all aspects of pastry and bakery production across group meetings, banquet functions, employee dining, commissary, and restaurant kitchens. This role involves daily coordination of pastry & bakery activities, collaboration with the Executive Chef on menu planning, and ensuring that the department meets financial and quality standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Has proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef, familiarity with the Philippine labor market, proficiency in Microsoft Office, a college degree, 15-20 years in pastry and bakery operations, strong people management skills, and excellent kitchen operations knowledge.
