HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Work location: Segra, Buanoy, Balamban Cebu / Arpili, Balamban, Cebu

SPECIFIC TASKS AND DUTIES :

  • Calculate and process employee wages, salaries, and deductions. Ensure accurate and timely payroll distribution.
  • Manage and organize HR-related activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both electronic and paper. Ensure that all HR documentation is accurate and confidential.
  • Review resumes and applications of candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
  • Assist with onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial paperwork.
  • Help manage the off-boarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews, and processing final paperwork.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including processing enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Ensure that HR practices comply with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related questions and provide information or direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Distribute HR announcements, updates, and company policies to employees.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATION
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s college degree.
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in HR Functions, especially in payroll.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and must have confidence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent management, monitoring, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Computer literate, well versed with MS Office.
